Delicious 5 layer Dark Chocolate Trifle Dessert Recipe to flatten your belly.

Gail Simmons Top Chef from Just Desserts

Bowl of Fresh StrawberriesLayer One Greek Yogurt Cake

  • 1 box dark chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Bake as directed on package, cool and use for bottom layer.

Layer Two Whipped Topping

  • 4 cups Ricotta
  • 1 cup coocnut milk
  • 1 cup shredded toasted coconut
  • 4 Tbsp agave syrup

Layer Three Crunchy Layer

  • 1/2 cup oats toasted
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

Layer Four Flat Belly Berries

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 Cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 Cup Blackberries

Layer Five Dark Chocolate Shavings

Shave a bar of bittersweet chocolate with a vegetable peeler on the berries.

Repeat all five layers… YUM!

You’ll have a beautiful low calorie dessert trifle for your family dinner or a special occasion.
